Littleton High School Transition Program

About

Description
Students with educational disabilities who are ages 18-21 and have not been able to meet the typical graduation requirements have the option to utilize the LPS Transition Services Program. The program provides a variety of life skills classes, job opportunities, and activities in the community. Students who meet their specific goals receive an LPS diploma from their home high school. Students are able to participate until the semester of their 21st birthday.
